By aligning and integrating these plans, the organization can benefit from improved organizational learning and enhanced performance.

Hybrid

The outbreak of the pandemic in March 2020 has necessitated a shift in traditional business operations, leading most businesses to relocate or displace their workforce from conventional office spaces to alternative work areas. This unprecedented situation has prompted discussions about the implementation of a hybrid business model to adapt to the new reality.

In this context, the concept of a hybrid business model has gained traction, as businesses seek to navigate the new landscape. Notably, IMS has emerged as the first management service provider in Canada to offer First Nation communities the benefits of a hybrid management approach. This approach allows First Nation communities to avail themselves of any services offered by IMS and benefit from partial on-site visits.

By offering a hybrid management approach, IMS is providing First Nation communities with the flexibility and adaptability required in the current scenario. This innovative approach underscores IMS’s commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions to its clients and demonstrates its expertise in the management services industry.
